SERINOL‘s internally fed rotating sieves are simple devices capable of extracting considerable quantities of material for very low investment and operating costs. They are renowned for their robustness and easy maintenance.
Installed at the discharge of a pump, the SERTAM and ECOTAM rotating sieves continuously separate solid matter from a fluid. The fluid is distributed on a rotating filtering drum, the particles larger than the openings of the screen are retained then scraped and recovered.
SERTAM
Placed at the discharge of a lifting pump, the SERTAM rotative sieve extracts the substances in suspension, larger than the mesh size of the drum, present in the waste water of urban or industrial treatment plants.
The rotating sieve ECOTAM is placed at the outlet of a lifting pump. It continuously separates solid particles in suspension in a fluid. The flow is distributed on a filtering drum; the particles larger than the openings, from wastewater treatment for example, are retained then scraped away and recovered, but with less capacity than its big brother rotating sieve SERTAM.
In our Trommels SERTROM F and SERTROM Sludge, the effluent is introduced into the inner part of the drum through an adapted distribution box. The filtrate passes through the perforations, while the drained products are brought to the output by an internal helicoidal ribbon.
SERTROM FU & FI
The trommel internally fed rotating sieve SERTROM-F is used for filtering in wastewater treatment plants.
The filtering rotating drum is built out of 304L stainless steel perforated sheet.
Raw water is introduced into the interior part of the drum via a double chute distributor.
The trommel internally fed rotating sieve SERTROM-B SLUDGE is used for sludge thickening in wastewater treatment plants.
