Historic

Created on January 1st, 1990, SERINOL SAS is an independent family company that positions itself as a designer and manufacturer of urban or industrial wastewater pretreatment equipment. All our equipment is designed in our premises in Bram, between Toulouse (31) and Carcassonne (11). With more than 30 years of experience, our range of equipment has been continuously enriched in order to offer specialized and high-quality equipment to our French and international customers.

Advice

With over 30 years of experience and expertise, we provide real technical and economic advice to our customers, both pre-sales and after-sales. Our sales engineers, together with our design office (DO), direct each customer to the machine most suited to their real needs (cost, quality, time) and our DO remains available to answer any technical query.

By internalizing the design and manufacture of our equipment, we avoid any dependence towards subcontractors and ensure our freedom to undertake, test, optimize, and customize. Likewise, our French shareholders allow us to invest in improving our means of production and training our teams.

Commitment

Passionate about water and its preservation, we place our action at the heart of the UN’s Sustainable Development Goal 6: “access to clean water and sanitation”. Respecting the environment comes down to respecting oneself, which is why, while actively participating in the effort to raise awareness to environmental issues related to water, we make this commitment to all our collaborators, human beings always remaining at the heart of our concerns.

Our job profiles

SERINOL is characterised by its multidisciplinarity. Researchers and engineers work in synergy on a single French site to improve access to clean water and sanitation for world populations. Indeed, the research and development engineers, together with the technical sales engineers, work to promote SERINOL on a national and international scale. Industrial designers and engineers carry out the sizing as well as the submissions of plans. In the workshop, once the stainless steel cuts have been made, the highly qualified boilermakers manufacture the machines which will be assembled and tested by the assembler-testers to ensure quality and CE conformity. Technical Sales Engineer

Working as a technical sales engineer consists in meeting the needs of a client as well as possible in terms of technical solutions and financial constraints. He studies the different possibilities of integration and anticipates any problems. He/She has an advisory duty and works in collaboration with the design office and production.

Welder

The welder exercises a precision trade which requires great dexterity. He/she must be able to read plans and implement mechanically-welded assemblies from profiles, sheets and laser-cut parts. He/She masters the various manufacturing processes through the use of digital machines. He/she is a highly qualified professional who produce high quality work.

Mechatronics Engineer

In contact with technical sales engineers, customers and production, his/her mission is to design high-performance equipment that meets customers' expectations. Relying on calculation and design tools, he/she must be part of a process of continuous improvement, research and development. He/She also aims to optimize manufacturing and production.

Assembler-Tester

While following well-defined procedures, the fitter assembles the sub-assemblies as well as the assembly and adjustment of the complete machine. He/she is responsible for doing everything possible to preserve the robustness and to ensure the quality and conformity of the equipment. To do this, he/she methodically tests all the machines that come out of our workshop.

Our workshop

Our vast workspace of 1,600 m2 of buildings and 5,000 m2 of land includes several research and manufacturing units. Design office: 3 3D CAD workstations including 1 CAM workstation After-sales service Workshop : The laser cutting workspace, the manufacturing hall (bending, welding), the acid washing place, the assembly and pre-delivery test areas. Serinol: engineers serving water

He could’ve been a sailor, but he ended up working with fresh water instead. Pierre Serna, an engineer, worked on offshore oil rigs for a long time before returning to dry land. In 1990, he returned home to France and created Serinol with some of his associates. At the age of 47, this dedicated professional started from scratch to create a company that was in line with his values.
