flotaci\u00f3n es un proceso de separaci\u00f3n en el que se inyectan microburbujas de gas en un l\u00edquido que contiene part\u00edculas: las burbujas se adhieren a las part\u00edculas y, como boyas, las arrastran a la superficie para formar una espuma que se extrae mediante rascado.\r\n\r\nEl principio es simple, pero no as\u00ed la aplicaci\u00f3n. Comenzamos a estudiar este proceso en 1991 para llegar hoy al equipo m\u00e1s satisfactorio en t\u00e9rminos de:\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Eficacia de separaci\u00f3n<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Facilidad de uso<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Durabilidad de los distintos componentes<\/li>\r\n \t<li style=\"text-align: left;\">et bien s\u00fbr en essayant d\u2019arriver \u00e0 un prix abordable.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\nCeci a \u00e9t\u00e9 obtenu apr\u00e8s de nombreuses recherches et essais sur toute les \u00e9tapes du processus:\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Disoluci\u00f3n del aire en agua, y expansi\u00f3n<\/li>\r\n \t<li>B\u00fasqueda de componentes m\u00e1s adecuados y bomba de presurizaci\u00f3n<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Contacto y fijaci\u00f3n burbujas\/part\u00edculas<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Hidrodin\u00e1mica de circulaci\u00f3n en el caj\u00f3n del flotador<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Optimizaci\u00f3n de sistemas y de las secuencias de extracci\u00f3n de las distintas fases<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\nNuestra gama de flotadores por aire disuelto <strong>SERDAF<\/strong> incluye los siguientes modelos:\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Cil\u00edndricos <strong>CY<\/strong>,<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Rectangulares<strong>R<\/strong> con tolvas colectoras de sedimentos<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Rectangulares con tornillos de Arqu\u00edmedes de extracci\u00f3n de sedimentos <strong>RS<\/strong><\/li>\r\n \t<li>Rectangulares con pack de acabado laminar <strong>FP.<\/strong><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\nTodos nuestros modelos est\u00e1n\r\nequipados con el kit de disoluci\u00f3n de aire y generaci\u00f3n de burbujas <strong>SERKIT<\/strong>que se puede vender por separado para convertir cualquier separador est\u00e1tico, equipado con un rascador de superficie y un desag\u00fce de fondo, en un flotador por aire disuelto.\r\n\r\nEstos kits <strong>SERKIT<\/strong> generan microburbujas de aire, con di\u00e1metros que van de <strong>10 a 70 micras<\/strong>, que se adhieren a las part\u00edculas del agua por tratar y las empujan a la superficie. Est\u00e1n dise\u00f1ados para disolver la mayor cantidad de aire posible en el agua y formar las burbujas m\u00e1s peque\u00f1as posibles, y requieren un mantenimiento m\u00ednimo. Una bomba de presurizaci\u00f3n extrae parte del agua tratada del flotador. En la salida de la bomba se inyecta aire dosificado con precisi\u00f3n. El aumento de la presi\u00f3n disuelve el aire en el agua.\r\n\r\nEl flujo pasa por un matraz en el que contin\u00faa la disoluci\u00f3n y se purga el exceso de aire. El agua presurizada se introduce en la tuber\u00eda de entrada de agua bruta en el flotador, donde una\r\ndespresurizaci\u00f3n repentina genera lo que se conoce como &#8220;agua blanca&#8221;, que presenta un aspecto lechoso por la aparici\u00f3n de mir\u00edadas de microburbujas que permiten la separaci\u00f3n de las part\u00edculas.\r\n\r\n<strong>Nuestro equipo de ingenieros decide con el cliente el modelo, el\r\ndimensionamiento del flotador y el kit de presurizaci\u00f3n seg\u00fan el caudal del agua por tratar, la naturaleza y la carga de s\u00f3lidos en suspensi\u00f3n y la DBO
