HIGH SPEED ROTATING DRUM SIEVE
The high speed rotating drum sieve TRGV, allows the separation of solid matters present in the liquid or pasty mass. PRINCIPLEThe TRGV consists of a static cylindrical sieve inside of which turns a rotor. The product to be treated, introduced at one end of the drum, is put in rotation: under the effect of the centrifugal force, the fine matter (liquid or paste) passes through the openings of the sieve. Solid matters, larger than the openings of the sieve are carried, thanks to the adequate shape of the rotor, towards the output of the drum sieve. DESIGN FEATURES· Flow: depending on the nature of the product to treat. Example: 3 to 4 t/h for cooked apples (openings 0,5 mm)· Opening of the sieve: 0,1 to 5 mm · Speed variation from 400 to 1500 rpm · OPTIONAL EXTRA: sieve of replacement with different openings CONSTRUCTION · AISI 304 stainless steel construction (except for the stages of the drive · Hopper or feed pipe depending on the product to treat · Output chute for the solid products · Lower outputs with space to place a European model vat (for pasty product) or pipe (for liquid products) · Drive by moto-variator and pulleys/belts, entirely carterized Complements for TRGV in vacuum Version · Sealed extraction gate of the sieve · Product output flange towards the pump · Refusal output flange or door CLEANING - DISASSEMBLING · Prickings with nozzles above the drum for the first cleaning · Extraction of the drum by unscrewing of the four fastening screws on the flange · Complete cleaning with hose EXAMPLES Of APPLICATION · Stewed apples: the whole cooked apples are poured at the entry. The compote is recovered at the lower output; the skins, pips and stalks are ejected · Chestnut jams: separation of the second skin · Fish soup: separation of bones and scales · Tomatoes: extraction of skins and the pips · Picked grapes: separation skins and pips
