AERATED AND SCRAPED GREASE REMOVER
Aerated and scraped grease removers DAR are cylindro-conical apparatuses with supporting feet and stainless steel input/output boxes, ready to be connected, which notably decreases the set-up times on building site. PRINCIPLEIn the lower part of the tank, is placed an immersed turbine, which aspires both water and air brought by a tube, which emerges above the surface of the liquid. The passage, between the rotor and the stator of the turbine, causes a division of the air in fine bubbles from 1 to 2 mms in diameter, which, while going up within the liquid, are joined with the particles (drops of grease and other) and drive them towards the surface. A two pallets scraper sweeps the floating parts towards a chute of evacuation. The heavy sediments fall and accumulate at the bottom of the apparatus from where they are extracted periodically by the opening a purging valve. DESIGN FEATURESThe grease removers consist of the following elements: · 1 tank out of stainless steel 3mm thickness sheet
· 1 skirt (clifford) in the bottom of which is placed the following turbine
· 1 turbine generating fine bubbles, easily removable for maintenance – power depending on model
· 1 articulated scraping system driven by a 0,12 KW motor, with 0,6 rpm
· The clear water output box is equipped with an adjustable outfall, used to adjust the water level in the grease remover Connections The inputs/outputs positioning and dimensioning are carried out upon request, according to the configuration of the installation and the requirements of the customer. OptionAL EXTRA Access: the grease remover can be equipped with a footbridge with guardrail to facilitate the exploitation, accessible by a crinoline ladder or a staircase with guardrail. Rotating sieve SERTAM: a compact model positioned above the input of the grease remover can usefully supplement the chain of pre-treatment.
